A nice little place to stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and only a short walk away for the centre of town or to the pub across the street with parking nearby. Definitely be going back!

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights, and had a great time. This is a family run guesthouse/hotel and everyone was really friendly and helpful. We took our new rescue labrador "Reggie" and the staff were really accommodating to him. The cooked breakfast was really nice, locally sourced sausage was lovely. Good location, and close to the centre of... More

Have just returned from a 2-night stay at the Old Borough Arms with my wife - the first two weekdays off work I've had since Easter (and the last until 2017) - and we've returned home far more stressed than before we left. The edited highlights: We booked through Expedia weeks ago, but upon arrival were told that no booking... More

I booked a single room here to stay after a long walk from Hastings to Rye. When I arrived, I was given an upgrade to a bigger room, asked if I wanted heating on, just generally felt very looked after. The staff were really nice. Couldn't fault it.

Situated in a wonderful position in this amazing old town, the Borough is a gem. We had excellent service throughout. Our room was quite small and being positioned on the lower floor so had no real outlook, but it was comfortable for 2 nights. Breakfasts were really nice and we made the most of the large balcony on the 2nd... More

We had a superb 2 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary- it couldn't have been better. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good, too. Although they only do B&B, their suggestions for dinner was also spot on.
