Airy, comfortable double room overlooking Romney Marsh. Mini fridge in the room was a godsend during extremely hot weather. Excellent hosts who could not do enough for us. Lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for looking after us.

Most enjoyable few days in Rye enhanced by good and knowledgable hosts Rita and Sam. Excellent B & B accommodation with breakfast alone worth the visit. Would I stay here again when visiting Rye - you bet I would.

Thanks for the interest. I am afraid I don't allow dogs as I have two cats and, although they are not allowed in the guest rooms or where guests go they would know the dogs were around the be frightened.
