OUR STUNNING LOCATION ON THE DOORSTEP OF THE SOUTH DOWNS NATIONAL PARK Whilst camping at Embers Bentley, you have the choice of enjoying pizzas from our new wood fired oven - all pizzas are made on site using fresh ingredients. Hot coffee in the morning and Sussex ice-cream during the day, should help making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Situated on the vast Bentley Estate, an Embers Bentley booking includes one complimentary adult entry for your entire stay to the amazing Wildfowl Park with 125 species of birds including Pink Flamingoes, a Miniature Railway chugging you around the estate on tiny old steam trains through Bentley House and Gardens. So, with boundless areas to explore and hike nearby such as the Sussex coastline, the iconic South Downs National Park with chalk cliffs overlooking the sea or walk in the footsteps of Kings at Lewes Castle and Anne of Cleves House, there is plenty to keep the family amused! You'll also have a new beautiful oak-framed modern washroom at the campsite, which hopefully will mightily impress you with all the home comforts such as piping hot showers. By using sustainable sources of power, saving water using special devices, the campsite is left as natural as possible, so you can enjoy our campsite again and again, and nature will never know you were there. To add a bit of extra magic to your camping break, Embers features a campfire at every pitch, trained staff on-site from dawn until dusk, clean toilets and shower facilities, on-site shop selling staple food items and camping accessories, and easy-to-assemble tents for hire (with a pre-pitch option if required).

We had a great weekend at Embers Bentley! The site is big, well maintained, campers were spread out around the site so we didn't feel on top of each other. We could drive to our pitch, unload and then park the car off site so...More

Allow families to book a weekend at the site along with 2,000 people at the Brainchild Festival in the neighbouring fields. Absolute joke. It is 01:30 and the bass is banging out. I guess it might stop at 3am!!!More

Hi Dougal74, We're really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay, this is definitely not something we like to hear! The Brainchild Festival is a small yearly festival organised in a nearby estate, and normally causes minimal disruption to our site. To ensure all...More
