What a gorgeous find - a beautifully kept B&B in an ideal place for exploring Hastings. Tina and Paul are excellent hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious! I cannot recommend this highly enough.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Lavender & Lace and had a really lovely night’s stay (14 June 2014). We had a very warm and friendly welcome from Tina and Paul (the B&B owners) and enjoyed chatting with them. The whole place was decked out to a very high standard and everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was...

My husband and i stayed recently over the bank holiday weekend. What a lovely find, tucked away in the old part of town and surprisingly quiet. Just a short stroll and your on the seafront. The room was comfortable, had lots of little extras you would normally associate with a hotel. A really good breakfast, the sausages were especially good....

We have stayed here twice, five years apart, and everything the other reviews say is true. A personalised service, with immaculate detail. Lavender & Lace is only twenty minutes walk from the train station - ideal both for arriving and exploring the wider area. Lavender & Lace is based in All Saint's Street, and could have been the background for...

During a miserable month of February weather-wise in London, our stay over Valentines weekend at Lavender and Lace with my girlfriend made for a delightful break from it all. Both Tina and Paul were very welcoming and friendly. Had a good conversation with them and the other guests over breakfast and made to feel more than just another punter; it...

This is the third time I have stayed at this 'home from home' B&B. My first visit actually changed my life as when I returned home my husband and I viewed a local closed pub that was for sale, put our house on the market and 11 months later began the renovations. Three years on we too have a B&B....

We stayed at this lovely B&B for a weekend and as soon as we arrived - even if it was late afternoon - we felt more than welcomed, thaks to Tina and her nice smile. The room was really cosy and very clean. We even had a bookshelf with magazines and books. The bathroom has shower and bath, and also...

This lovely, quaint B and B was one of the finds of our short stay in this lovely old town. The host, Tina and Paul, couldn't have been more accommodating, you only had to ask and they would go out of their way to help. We stayed in the top floor bedroom suite, small but perfectly formed. The bath had...

We stayed at Lavender and Lace for the weekend in early September and it was excellent. We received a warm welcome and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The house is old and imaginatively furnished with many interesting artefacts in the breakfasting room. First rate breakfast. The house is only minutes from the sea and the new Jerwood Art...
