This boutique hotel is thoughtfully decorated, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was top class with a range of different options to chose from. The only problem is that this was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and at £99 probably overpriced for such a small room. You had to pull the furniture away from the wall... More

Thank you for your feedback and so sorry you were dissapointed with the small double room you reserved. We do have larger rooms , the spacious sea view room available should you wish to stay with us in the future. Regards Seng Loy Owner More

Lovely boutique hotel. We had the sea view room on the fiest floor. Stylishly furnished and very comfortable. Within walking distance to the pier and old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee offered on our arrival which was a very nice touch. Free parking outside which was a real bonus. Delicious breakfast. All in all a really lovely stay... More

A very good B&B lovely staff, superior rooms very comfortable, freshly upgraded by look of them, good choice of breakfast menu. I would have given it 5 stars, but sadly the rooms overlooking the front area were overlooking a very busy road with traffic lights at the end (approx. 50 yards away) meaning traffic stopping and starting from 0600 to... We travelled with our 6 month old and stayed three nights. It was a last minute booking and we couldn't quite get the rooms we wanted but Seng and his team could not accommodate us more by offering a couple of nights in a deluxe room and another night in the smaller room we originally had to book. They offered... More

We stay here for just one night when attending a function. We opted for a small basement room where we could crash after getting back late. We were knocked out by the welcome we received, the standard of cleanliness and decore and room was a very high standard. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place and will hope to... This is a very good bed and breakfast for the area and for Hastings but it needs to address a few issues to be classed as excellent. I arrived just after 3.00pm but the doorway was blocked by a laundry delivery. I was then met by a girl in hers socks who checked me in. My room No.2 was small... More

We stayed there 3 nights in room 4, which was very small. There was little place for the baggage, and no table. Also view was for the side road, and I think next to the funeral home, as once we saw two coffins were taken out in the back door. I am sure other rooms would be amazing, as this... More

Room was very tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Food was excellent and beautifully presented. A very pleasant stay and would certainly stay here again. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ideally situated for visiting Hastings and Old Hastings. Also a short drive to the town of Battle.

If you want somewhere beautiful with a sea view from your enormous bed, stay here. We had a quiet, informative welcome with two very pleasant hosts. Our room was immaculate; breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was perfect after a days cycling; a walk in, or stagger in for me, shower to unwind in and heated bathrobes...
