Not your typical B&B, quirky and eclectic, I loved it. I was upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was lovely and given a lift to the station when I checked out in pouring rain, now that's customer service!

My 4 sisters and I stayed at the Seaspray in June of 2015. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were very nice. The breakfasts was awesome. We felt very welcome from the moment we entered the b&b. It is within walking distance to good eating places as well as the water. Beautiful place!

I loved to stay there. Cool view from de sea area. The owners are fantastic and very welcoming. Exactly what I expected from an English B&B. Loved the pubs in the historical part of the city. A place I will go back soon

My family and I spend 2 nights for our end of Month break. My daughter 4 and half loved it so much she wanted to stay longer. Jo and Dale are such excellent hosts. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely go back someday. Good access to parking facilities.

My sister and her husband had booked the Seaspray B&B for a few nights and I came down to join them. The house is gorgeous, warm and the rooms are lovely (particularly the sea front rooms). Dale was so welcoming, chatty and happy to help wherever he could (and serves up a mean breakfast). Thoroughly recommend Seaspray and Hastings is... More

What a lovely stay we have had. We considered ourselves fortunate to have found a room at short notice, and weren't too bothered about frivolities. However, we received a really friendly welcome into a large family room, ensuite shower with towels toiletries and even flannels provided. Sea view, and a the biggest breakfast ever, well cooked to order. The whole house... More

I couldn't recommend Sea spray and the owners Dale & Jo more! We spent a long 4 day weekend with them. The room was very clean and well appointed with the most comfortable bed. Dale & Jo make you feel at home and have an excellent knowledge of the area and facilities and attractions. Parking is close and secure and... More
