A beautifully designed boutique hotel with two fantastic hosts! The decor is tasteful and stylish with great extra touches for a B&B.The log fire, ambient music and the honesty bar made the lounge a great place to sit and relax whilst the rooms felt luxurious and relaxing. Tracey-Ann and Helen were warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in...

Stunning place to stay with two outstanding hosts. My mum and I had a lovely welcome when we arrived. Cups of tea and marmalade cake were offered to us and were most welcome after arriving in the cold after a long train journey. We relaxed in the cosy main room at the front of the house having our tea before...

I married my best friend here in the summer of 2016. The rooms are beautiful, food is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is catered for and looked after. We had family travel down from Devon who stayed in the double suite which was absolutely beautiful. We had the most amazing day and everything...

Elegant in an understated, comfortable way. Beautiful, serene garden. The best breakfast I ever had. The food is locally sourced, freshly prepared. Friendly service. I can't imagine a better B&B experience.

A warm welcome as always from Helen and Tracey-Anne with tea and cake by the fire. Our twin room was spotless and comfortable with a bathroom and a wet room. Fresh coffee and milk, biscuits, sweets, water carafes - little touches that show care and professionalism. Hastings old town is a lovely place for a wander with quirky shops and...
