This small hotel has friendly, helpful staff. It is quiet with beautiful views from the back of the house. Everything is of great quality and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are probably the best we have ever had in a hotel. Our room (the yellow room) was really comfortable with a lovely bed and bedding. The bathroom was spacious and contemporary but with no toilet door and only a curtain between the bathroom and the bedroom it might not be for everyone. The hotel is within walking distance of Hastings old town on a hill. The thoughtful extras such as biscuits, hot chocolate in the evening and a cafetiere in the room were great.

Returned from staying two nights this week. There are 4 rooms each individually designed. The two rooms at the back are larger, look over the beautiful garden and have sea views in the distance. There are two rooms at the front. We stayed in the Red room which is small but has everything you need. Wonderful breakfasts with a lot of choice and notes on the table with weather details for the day etc. In the evening Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows are ready for you when you return.

We stayed as a couple for 1 Night only as we were attending a Party. the manger of the Hotel Jason was very helpful and Friendly and we were in our Room with in 5 minutes. I cannot fault anything really as the Room was nice, Breakfast Fantastic, and the Gardens and the Views were lovely as well. it is a small Hotel with only 4 Rooms and it was nice to stay somewhere away from the big Hotels and hustle & Bustle. would definitely stay here again!

Really comfortable, elegant, attractive and generous place to stay. We strongly recommend it. Bed excellent, breakfast delicious, great sea view, lovely Victorian house with great gardens and a tiny but pretty swimming pool. Just loved it..

We stayed here on 21st June for one night and had a wonderful stay. Jason was very welcoming and really made us feel at home. We stayed in the Blue Room with a fantastic sea view and an extremely comfortable bed! The cooked breakfast was outstanding, possibly the best I have ever had! This really is a lovely place to stay with nice little touches such as complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallows, a generous supply of cold refreshments to take to your room and beautifully maintained gardens. Thank you Jason.
