My husband and I needed some rest and relaxation, we found the hotel faultless. It was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming and even found a Scrabble board for us. It is just a shame you have to go out in the cold to reach the spa. But that is just being fussy!

The hotel it's self with easy to find, of a main road and quite, when we got there I didn't realise the spa and hotel were separate, so you had to walk about two minuets over - and there was loads of people from the public. The spa just looked like a normal gym one where you have a membership...

I visited here with my cousin with a group on voucher. We both had a big choice of an hour treatment to choose from, of which we both chose a back and shoulder massage and a facial/head massage. It was fantastic to say the least. The treatment itself was amazing, unfortunately I didn't get the lady's name but she was...

Let's start with the booking service... polite, efficient and managed to get us the same room as on our first visit ( I requested this for the view of the...

I booked an overnight stay here including dinner, treatments Next door in the spa & breakfast. We had our treatments on the first day thenwent to hotel to have lunch & check in. I'd recommend the bar menu over the spa cafe (which is nice enough), but the fish finger sandwich in the hotel was homemade fish fingers & just...

This is most definitely not a 4 star standard hotel! I had booked a small double for a 4 night business trip. The room was very dated and in dire need of refurbishment. Carpets a general decoration very tatty and worn. The TV reception was poor and unwatchable on certain channels. No real seating area or place to work. Had...

Dear Ian B, Firstly, please accept my apologies that you were disappointed with your recent stay with us. After reviewing the Duty Manager logs, our Reception handover reports, and myself being on shift for the duration of your stay, I must say I was surprised by your review. There was not a single mention to any member of the team...
