We stayed here for two nights. On arrival the balance of our payment was demanded before we saw the room, in quite an abrupt manner. We booked a double room with private bathroom, but we didn't realize that the bathroom was not ensuite and was down the end of a corridor past other bedrooms. The bedroom was large and airy,... I stayed for 3 night and it was great. It is affordable, clean and so close to everything Hastings has to offer. The room was a nice standard and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Filthy even to be British. It was almost like a game not to touch the carpet. Nothing nice about the room. It was hard to sleep since some drug addicts had fights just outside our window for hours. The only good thing about this place was that it's close from the train station.

This guest house is just filthy and noisy with a really unfriendly staff. It was hard to sleep at night due to drunks and addicts fighting and shouting for hours outside our window. We booked and paid for a bathroom ensuite but were told by the staff that they had given those rooms to other guests. The only good thing... More

This is set in a well located area, right next to the town centre Thought the room was a decent size, TV good and the bed was comfortable, all in all the room was functional More information in the room (such as the WiFi) code would have been welcome .. When we checked out in the morning the reception was... More

Hotel is to be found close to railway station and town centre, and a ten minute walk to both the seafront and old town, on arrival met with a nice welcome, the room is of a good size and well decorated and stocked with plenty of tea and coffee, only one draw back was that I was ok with the... Pleasant staff and a nice clean room with a comfortable bed. The location is good with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and Hastings railway station less than five minutes walk away. No breakfast is available, but that is made quite clear during the booking process. I found the shower a little cramped and there was some noise from the... More

Apart from problems with the wifi link....which can happen anywhere/anyime...everythng wasm as the title suggests perfectly satisfactory. This is a no frills budget GH, but rooms are clean, service good and decent facilities...with kettle, and supplies of tea and coffee etc, and toiletries provided. I'd have no problems returning on a future occasion.

We stayed on a Friday night to attend a family party. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and were given a key and directed to our room which was in the next door part of the business. The room was clean, comfortable and basic. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with a TV.... More

The single room was very pokey. They list themselves under bed and breakfast BUT BEWARE go to their webpage, there is no breakfast at all. The pictures of the rooms they are showing is absolutely nothing like the real room they give you. The shower is minute as well. I am a slim lady and there was hardly room to... More
