Wow can I just say this hotel is a gorgeous boutique hotel run by the nicest people you could meet. The room we stayed in had a four poster and a jacuzzi bath at the end of it. Ideally located a short walk from the big wheel and the pier. With the main shopping just 5 mins further. A must... More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights as part of our mini-honeymoon. The owners were very friendly on arrival and welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco. The room itself was perfect, very large with whirlpool bath and four-poster bed. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the free wifi was also good. Our... More

This was our second visit to The Griffin. Loved it both times. Didnt have breakfast the first time but it was definitely worth it as it was lovely. Great sized rooms and luxury bed and bath. Only minor criticism would be that the door to the toilet didnt lock ( or even close shut) so you have to pee infront... More

We Stayed for four nights. Kieron and Chris are great hosts and made our stay extra special. Love the vibe of the place which has conservatory with tea/coffee making facilities so no running out! Also has small terrace if you wish to smoke or simply want some fresh air. Breakfast menu covers most tastes, full English, salmon, scrambled egg etc... More

We had an excellent one night stay at Griffin. The owners were friendly and chatty from arrival and let us access our room early. Location is perfect to access the main areas of Brighton, just a few minutes from the pier and shopping lanes. We stayed in room 8 right at the top. It was cosy, warm and the bed... More

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter. Kieron and Chris were great hosts and are a credit to their establishment. Stayed in room 5 which was lovely, clean and comfortable. Didnt want to get out of the bed it was so comfy. Some really nice touches - fridge in room, full sized choccy bar each on arrival and an Easter egg... More

Great hosts, excellent location, beautiful rooms and breakfast to die for. Top room 8 definitely has the wow factor. Bed very comfortable and nice linen. We slept well in spite of a warning that there might be noise; "it is in the party area". Also, yes, you can hear other guests but not enough to concern. There are some fabulous... More

Stayed for two nights in room 4. Chris and Kieron are wonderful. From checking you have everything you need on arrival to all the little touches such as the wonderfully artistic fruity breakfasts to the complimentary teas, coffees, fruit and biscuits in the conservatory and the twirls on the beds. They have thought of everything. Our room was beautiful with... More

Great clean welcoming guest house. In fact its a little gem. We stayed in Room 4. Absolutely excellent facilities. Two brilliant hosts who spend time on their guests with nothing being too much trouble. Next time we are in Brighton we will be staying here. Book this place with confidence.

Brilliant location, everything we needed within a short walk. Rum pub directly opposite, worth a visit. Stayed in room 8 - bed was so comfortable and whirlpool bath was a treat. Could see the sea from the room! Breakfast was great - would return just for that! Kieron and Chris were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Certainly would... More
