Excellent hotel. Room was well equipped, clean, functional and comfortable. Great bathroom. Entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Excellent service - reception, bar and restaurant staff were all incredibly welcoming and polite. Breakfast was very well presented, good quality ingredients, very tasty. Location is excellent.

We had a great long weekend in Brighton. Hotel Una is great. Comfortable, clean and stylish. The staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well located in Regency Square. Very close to the beach and close but not too close to the pier and the city centre. Nice breakfast. Brighton is always fun with lots going on. And finally I have to say once again the staff were wonderful and helped make our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back

After originally booking the Belize suite Monday to Friday, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay for an extra few nights which meant we had to move rooms twice but it was very busy at the time, but we also got to experience two more of their beautiful rooms; Usk and Wisla. Belize was great, lots of space, the whirlpool bath and sauna both brilliant. The other rooms were equally as nice, clean with top quality decor and facilities. I read another review recently about the room not being clean and this was not the case in any of the rooms we stayed in and they provide hand sanitiser in the rooms. The staff were brilliant all week and made us feel very welcome and it was great to receive a personal touch and they couldn't do enough for us and made it so easy for us to switch room. Breakfast was great, We tried most things on the menu through the week and they were all equally as nice. Thank you for an amazing week in Brighton. We often stay in high quality hotels, this has to be one of the best with a good mix of quality without it being pretentious; anyone booking here should have no reservations about it.

Paid £350 for a spa room but it wasn’t worth it. Room was dirty, hair on towels, handprints on ceiling above bath, mould on walls around sauna. Still not had an explanation or proper response regarding this. Would tell people to avoid this hotel. With all the COVID at the moment we expected the cleaning standards to be a priority. We could of went to a different hotel but after driving 3 hours to get there we didn’t want to waste our time in Brighton looking for a different hotel. Don’t stay here

We have just returned to our home in Yorkshire after a wonderful 3 night stay at the boutique Hotel Una. Firstly the hotel is in a perfect location in Regency Square with secure car parking opposite. We were greeted by very welcoming, friendly & extremely professional staff. Check in with Angel was smooth & very quick. We stayed in the Danube room overlooking the square. The room was spacious & filled with light with a lovely balcony for your morning coffee. We loved the quirkiness & it’s unique style. It was immaculately clean & the bed was incredibly comfortable. Coffee & tea facilities were plentiful & all the toiletries were from the White Company & smelt divine. The cute bar downstairs was fab for late night drinks - I forget the great bar mans name but he looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble in this hotel & I would highly recommend it to anyone making a trip to Brighton. You certainly won’t be disappointed. We ourselves intend to return as soon as we can & it will be our first choice,
