The reviews I read prior to booking were all accurate! This is a charming little Hotel/B and B within walking distance central Brighton. The owners are wonderfully friendly and helpful - and the breakfast is fantastic! Our room was excellent - with everything provided (including robes, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine satellite TV and free wi-if) and spotlessly...

This is a great place to stay -very comfortable room and bed. Ultra clean. Fantastic breakfast. And the staff paid a lot of attention to getting everything right. Relaxed and helpful. The location was only a short walk along the seafront to the old quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

After the excesses of the festive period we decided to have a long weekend in Brighton, having stayed at the Greys a year ago decided to return. It suited us because of its quiet location, lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and superb breakfasts. None of which has changed. The manager gave us an appreciated list of new places to try....

This lovely small hotel is in a brilliant position near the seafront and all the cool places to visit in Brighton. Everything was clean and met our exacting standards - even for my friend with OCD! The staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Jamie who was really helpful an friendly. I would definitely stay here again with friends.

Our second trip to Brighton and Greys - we wouldn't normally stay in the same hotel twice but we enjoyed ourselves so much first time round, we decided to do it all again! Faultless service, very comfortable room and importantly bed, and my greedy husband loved the cooked breakfast (I had the healthy fruit salad and yoghurt but there are...

Stayed here for a Friday and Saturday evening bed and breakfast. Rooms (there are only 7 I think) are compact but very clean and comfortable. Really good hot breakfast cooked to order, I had the "full English" on both mornings. Great location for exploring Brighton on foot. Parking around the area with a daily permit provided by Greys that is...

We were lucky enough to be able to book a one night stay on a weekend to visit family. The host was very welcoming and the room was clean with a lovely comfortable bed. We managed to park outside for £12 for 24 hours which was a bonus. Delicious breakfast was served in the garden room. Would definitely return again!

I stayed her for 1 night with my niece in August in their only twin bedded room. As the room was on the ground floor we didn't have any view at all - but were perfectly comfortable and loved all the little extras. From making the booking, to checking us in, to helping us find our way around and to...

We stayed here for two night on a last minute decision, check in was efficient and quick our room number 4 was a lovely size, 4poster bed, side sea views and breakfast was cooked perfectly at £138 a night I think it was worth the money the only downside was no open lounge and didnt have a communal feel

Quiet away from noisy seafront clean friendly brilliant breakfast what more can I say? Nice park with lake nearby Queens Park with millions of seagulls and pigeons and Kempton where Greys is has interesting shops I thought with a French flavour and a flee market. The Pavilion is a must our Versailles and inside is as spectacular as outside. We...
