Perfect location in the middle from the marina and the pier, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars near by. One thing I would say is they charge £15 for parking for 24 hours...

Really well placed to walk to just about anywhere in Brighton. Yes, the rooms are compact but if you want 'footage', go stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is in a lovely period terrace and has all the amenities that you need. The owner cannot do enough to make your stay a good one, from really good recommendations for...

It is in such a convenient location, easy to drive to, easy for parking (with prior arrangement with the hotel) and an easy walk to the seafront (2 mins), pier (10 mins), lanes (15 mins), and this time we walked to the Marina too...

Only a short walk into the city and parking available by prior arrangement. Our room was on the top floor, but our cases were carried to the room. The room was compact, but light & airy with sea glimpses to the south. Beautiful crisp white bedlinen and soft white pristine towels. The bathroom was modern with a lovely generous size shower....

On arrival the owner come out to our car with our parking permits and helped us in with our bags. The room was clean and bright. The breakfast was excellent and the location is perfect (only 5 minutes walk from the Brighton Lanes). We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The hotel is really cosy and our room was spotless........some have said the rooms are a little small, and yes they...
