A shower that was little more than a dribble, a window wouldn't open, a television with no reception, Pillows that were about an inch thick. On booking.com advertised as £67 reduced from £215. Mmmm Best avoided.

Please do not even think of booking this hotel unless you are a student or backpacker. I cannot even describe this hotel as basic as it is far below this, crap rooms, broken windows, wow it is so not. Apparenly location is everything but I cannot even agree that this is in the best location. The only positive thing I can... More

My partner and I decided last minute to book a few days away in Brighton. When we arrived we were given a key and told where our room was. The elevator is what lets this nice hotel down. It jolted and made constant noises that led us to believe it was broken and caused some anxiety. Our room it's self... More

An average "keep it cheap" hotel with kind staff. My problems: I've stayed for a month here so I had the time the explore all the pros and cons. They clean the rooms often but not well. A quick hoovering, and taking out the thrash is not enough. When I arrived there was only one light working from the 3,... More

This is a budget style hotel that looks somewhat dodgy from the outside, however quite pleasant when inside the room. The amenities were basic, but it was clean and tidy. We were lucky to be upgraded and had a nice room at the front, overlooking the ocean. The main 'eat street' is adjacent, with the beach across the road. The... More

Good basic hotel, clean and tidy, views are great and situated nicely on the main front. Does what it says for a three star hotel, over looking the sea. Room has fridge but could do with some glasses to drink from but on the whole nice enough, right out side the new i360 . No car parking but two streets away... More

A stunning hotel located just opposite the beautiful rock-beach in Brighton. The room is spotless and compresses all you need into a spacious room. SERVICE The service is very friendly and they can help out. SAFETY The safety is OK but they only put window restrictions in the bathroom and I recommend that they put restrictions on the main windows.... More

does what it says on the tin! Stayed here this weekend for pride weekend so the price reflected that but overall seemed ok. Close to town, no sea view but walking distance to most things. Room was fairly clean although after closer inspection was dirty behind the cabinets and that, only 2 pillows, but was fairly quiet. Overall was fairly... More

We had difficulty finding this hotel because part of it's signage is missing but once we found it the first issue is a lack of parking to unload the car. We knew the hotel did not have parking but an unloading bay would be an improvement. The hotel is not stylish. The staff are friendly and helpful but didn't know... More
