Brightonwave and it's hosts are absolutely impeccable. Every detail is taken care of, and the breakfast is a great start to the day in Brighton. Couldn't recommend enough. Near to 'the lanes', the pavilion, the pier and the train station. All guesthouse owners should have...More
Perfect for couples - and smokers! If you smoke, book the 4 poster room with balcony like we did. You pay a little more, but it's so worth it! The room is large, the bed Super King, and so comfortable, and the little balcony is...More
My mom and I stayed in one of the best rooms at Brightonwave, the one with the private patio, which turned out to be the perfect ending of our UK trip. Comfortable room set up, the patio was used as our dinning table for take-away...More
Excuse the alliteration But the hosts do pay attention to every detail - and not only a freshly-cooked, carefully-prepared breakfast. We had a room with a Jacuzzi and it had little extra touches - a range of coffee and cookies to complement the cleanliness and...More

Hello Colleen, Thank you for your enquiry. We only offer breakfast here but there are many restaurants in the Lanes area and close-by. The Gingerman restaurant is very good and about 20 minutes walk away. Drakes is also good and 5 minutes away. Riddle and Finns offer fish in both of their restaurants, which are about a 10 minute walk. The Salt Rooms and The Coalshed also have very good reviews from our guests.
