About 2 miles from the centre of Brighton, this is a fairly quiet site. The marina is within walking distance and from there you can get buses and Volks electric railway into central Brighton. There are other bus stops within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The site is within Brighton 's East Park and close to Brighton racecourse . A... More

Good location, excellent, clean facilities but really very expensive for people rocking up with a tent. It would have been cheaper if we'd brought a caravan with us! I appreciate it is designed for caravanning holidays but charging us so much seemed very unfair. We won't be back purely due to cost.

£36 for a car and a small tent for two people for one night? we enquired and it was actually cheaper to hire a caravan space. Ridiculous. Saying that we did arrive 10 mins before closing and staff were willing and helpful. Cleaning facilities were okay.

I will start with the only negative which was the building work next to the site , however it didn't spoil our holiday but it would have been useful to be warned prior to booking. That said excellent site with excellent facilities and friendly staff. All the pitches looked good but we opted for 107 which was big and had... More

Just returned from a quick night away in Brighton. We were very impressed with the site after having read mixed reviews. Staff were friendly on arrival. Spotlessly clean facilities and a great location for both the marina and central Brighton. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed for two nights in one of the camping pods that are available on site and cannot fault it. Two sofas that pull out into double bed, a table, camping chairs, mini wardrobe, a bin and a kettle ! What more could you need ?! We were pleasantly surprised with how big it was inside and enjoyed sitting on the... More

Camped here for 2 nights while visiting Brighton, great place! Staff are very helpful and friendly. The camp area is great, nice and peaceful and the wash areas are always kept clean and checked regularly by staff. Location is great - 10mins by bus in to town or a nice walk. Would definitely stay again - cannot fault it! :)

Staying here now as I'm working in Brighton and priced out of the hotels. A very clean site and friendly staff. Feels like you are miles from the town but only a short drive into Brighton. Lovely hot showers. Great after a hard day at work.

good clean facilities, fast check in, very friendly staff. No complaints! An asda superstore is a short drive towards the seafront, approx 5 minutes. Appears to have very nice walks within very easy reach also. I will return without a doubt.

If you intend going to this you need to know that you will not be able to erect your awning as despite using hardened rock and screw pegs nothing penetrated the ground and before anyone says well I got my awning there are about 70 pitches and only 2 have their awnings erected!
