Don't turn up your nose at this hotel because of how it looks from the outside. It's a great price (if you book well enough in advance) and is much quieter than you would expect from the location. Breakfast is great. Room is what you expect from Premier Inn - clean and comfy.

Just awful- I've never had a worse night's sleep! There was a high pitched whining noise coming through the vent all night and the staff couldn't help. The rubbish trucks then started at 6am underneath our Window! I ate in the restaurant and the bread wasn't fully defrosted; I did complain and didn't eat it but they still attempted to...

Great location, great breakfast ( You pay Extra) thats the end of the plus points, expensive for a basic hotel, stayed for 2 nights 2 persons, not enough tea or coffee, only 2 towels, the street noise was absolutely crazy, if you have a late night out and want to then sleep late forget it, its impossible if your room...

Breakfast could be better cooked and appetising.would go elsewhere for breakfast.the staff were helpful. Situated in good location for theatre and shops. It was our 42nd anniversary so the position of the premier Inn was very good.

You get what you expect from PI Brighton, the rooms are a little tired, but still a great standard. The location is perfect, albeit our room (523) suffered from the waft of Subway extractor vents, great if you like that smell!! The staff were really proficient and efficient, painless and really worked their sock off, non stop for the breakfast...

Staff aren't interested in the guests. Bathroom was dirty. You have to walk through an unofficial smoking area to get into the hotel (disgusting). The staff kept going on about their fundraising efforts. I could go on and on but what's the point

Hi Anthony Thank you for sharing your review of Brighton City Centre, Premier Inn. It's concerning to read that you felt the staff weren't interested in the guests. This certainly isn't the standards we would expect and wish for our team to offer friendly and helpful service to all our customers. I'm disappointed to read that the bathroom was dirty,...

We stayed last year and questioned why only one chair was provided in a double room. This year no improvement, but Jena quickly corrected the furnishing economy. Well located and serving a breakfast that was fine for us, although vegetarians might not appreciate the possibility that their food could be contaminated by meaty tongs? (On one morning of four, the...

This stay was for us to get some sleep after the theatre instead of a long drive home. The beds are very comfortable (more comfortable than some expensive hotels we have stayed at) and was perfect for this occasion. Unfortunately the bedding wasn't to our standard, we contacted reception who had this changed within 5 minutes. I had a great...

The view from our room was disgusting. Homeless camped outside and left litter everywhere. There was graffiti over most surfaces and we even witnessed someone adding to it. The main problem was that the bins wake you each morning being pulled along outside your window. The rooms were very clean and modern but lacked necessities like a plug next to...

Very comfortable clean hotel. Discounted parking.. Fantastic location.. Close to everything. We did not have the breakfast or dinner in the hotel as we used the wetherspoons close by. Ideal hotel for exploring Brighton.
