The wifi service should improve. I also think that in the twenty-first century it should be completely free. Otherwise comfortable and well located hotel in Brighton. Close to the commercial area and with train and bus very close.

Thank you for your review of our Brighton Travelodge. We're really sorry to learn of your disappointment with our WiFi extra. We do not include the cost of this extra in our room rates unlike some of our competitors as we believe this allows our guests to pay for the services they need so we can continue to offer great...

I didn't realise how close the hotel was to the city centre, which enabled my group to walk to the main hub in only 15 minutes. There was also a good bus service running up and down Preston Road, with buses every 7-10 minutes at peak times. Very important, good parking facility, prices in Brighton city centre are very expensive.

My partner and I stayed at this Travelodge with our two boys in a family room. We found the room spacious, clean and functional. Value for money was excellent, especially as the kids ate free for breakfast! We found the staff pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for us too, with good public transport links to...

Hotel is lovely and actually very close to the town and sea front, meaning you can have a lovely leisurely walk from hotel into and back to hotel. Hotel also lovely, comfy beds, wifi, and very powerful relaxing shower!!

We spent 1 night here and did not experience any problems. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. The room was warm and there was very little external noise. The Toilet/Shower room was a bit small and a few biscuits with the tea/coffee would have been good but otherwise no issues.

Brighton Central Travelodge is conveniently located on Preston Road (one of the main roads into Brighton) and competitively priced. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely views from the front rooms over Preston Park No problem parking, but the car park did look a little small for the size of the hotel. Hotel showing its age with a few...

Check in after work late in the office and there is a Travelode down the road from the office. The menu was depleted so I settled for my third choice. When it arrived it was very poor quality food, I ate half and left the rest but felt unwell afterwards. The room was cold when I went to sleep but...

As soon as we arrived I noticed one of the lifts boarded up stating maintainace in progress, didn't worry too much as I thought at least it's being repaired. The only remaining lift (for 8 floors) seemed to have the controls bypassed to temporary ones and didn't look safe at all. Got to our room and at first it looked...

Ok, you don't expect 5* treatment at travelodges, but this place was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. It's as though the bed linen and towels had been replaced, but it'd just not been cleaned. Toilet hadn't seen bleach for years. I spoke with the staff, but nothing happened. Parking is limited.
