This is the place to stay in Brighton. Nice friendly staff, lovely rooms, good selection for breakfast and free non alcoholic drinks throughout your stay. The B7B is just by the i360 and in a great location

Stayed for 1 night in June 2016 with my 11 year old son. LOCATION Love, love, love the location. It is only a very short walk from the beachfront, maybe about 3mins at max and probably a 10-15min to the central area. I was able to explore the city centre of Brighton without taking any public transport. Located at a... More

We stayed here last Saturday and were very pleasantly surprised. The The Oriental is very close to the beachfront, approximately 50 metres. Harry welcomed us at reception and showed us to our room, on the third floor, superior room with jet spa bath. The hotel is in a grade II listed building and sympathetically renovated. Not lifts, so not for... More

We booked this hotel based on a very high rating on trip advisor. However, we were disappointed that the rating didn't match our experience. We were given a top floor room which was minute and in the eaves, so not much headroom. The bathroom was even smaller, to the point that you could not easily shut the bathroom door without... More

My husband had arranged an evening at the MOST WONDERFUL Oriental, We were greeted with smiles and happy vibes by a lovely host, who was more than happy to let us leave our bags until our check in time so we could have a wonder. We were recommended to an awesome pub called The Lion and Lobster where we sat... More

Excellent hotel ,friendly staff ,room was comfortable, quiet & clean ,free snacks & drinks (non alcoholic),shower very nice .had veggie breakfast which was very good & they had decaf coffee .will definitely stay again when next in Brighton. Great location only 1 min from sea front, only downside is the parking but that's brighton (not hotels fault)

Great weekend in Brighton for friends' wedding, and we found The Oriental through Tripadvisor. A great place - thank you for making us so welcome. Perfect location - really central, can hear the surf but not disturbed by the traffic on the main strand. Really comfy bed, all really clean, great breakfast. Quirky and stylish decor. Agree with other reviewers... More

We went here for two night with two friends When we booked we took room 7 described as a suite with living room area and there is a warning on the website that there are 56 steps up to the room - which was just about OK but great going down However the bath in the bathroom to us was... More
