Sweet B&B on seafront. Very clean and has everything you need. The room was very small and when we asked if we could have a sea view we were told they only had one, so if that's what you want I suggest you book well in advance. Breakfast, there was a good choice and the room is overlooking the sea... More

We had a nice stay in this hotel. Decent rooms and great location. Highly recommend a Turkish cafe around the corner - great coffee. When we got home we discovered we forgot one electric tooth brush. Phoned the hotel - they had already found it and were happy to post it back to us. Nice! Even called me to confirm... More

Well positioned B&B on the seafront. Rooms ok. Wonky building ! Friendly reception. The smell of the deep fat fryer (used for the breakfast) greets you as you enter which lingered the whole day ! Breakfast ok and lovely view from the breakfast room. Please use a frying pan rather than a deep fat fryer as location alone should get... More

Visited Brighton and stayed in this b&b for 2 nights - 22nd-24th July. 2016. On arrival in the afternoon, I was greeted by the manager on the reception desk who was lovely, very friendly. I stayed on the second floor, room 4 - quite a small double and didn't face the seafront, but ok as a base to get my... More

When we arrived by taxi I wasn't terribly impressed by the front of the B&B. But entering the accommodation we were greeted pleasantly and informed our room was room nine. Now, you have to be almost fit to have the rooms at the top as it is three floors. But although an old building there was none of the usual... More

We had a room with a view of the pier 24/6/16 to 26/6/16, it was well maintained and very clean,. This family run hotel is delightful. The family that runs it are so friendly, they really make you feel welcome and will try to acquiesce to most of your requests. They really always on hand to help and full of... More

The family room was amazing, two double beds and masses of room, could have held a party. The other double room was only a let down cos of the size of the other one but as we were only sleeping in it it didnt matter to us. Breakfast was lovely, they fed you really well. The location was brilliant, right... More
