After spending two nights recently at the hotel (Prince Regent room) lovely hotel, great location to all attractions :-) lift can be abit hit-and-miss and shower in room has very poor pressure, but still overall a good stay! Fab breakfast downstairs

Chose this room, with its sea view, as a birthday treat and as I was attending a wedding up the road at a grander hotel! Staff were friendly and easy-going. The room had character/interesting furniture and furnishings, although not as spacious as expected. Made good use of the jacuzzi bath, which included a hand-held shower as well. Found the bed... Well, what a lovely hotel! The room was a nice size with an adequate bathroom...for a change, the shower wasn't munchkin sized but big and roomy. All amenities were of a good standard. Getting in and out was so easy thanks to a fob opening the front door. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent! Great breakfast...good... More

We had to find accommodation in Brighton for one night at short notice and ended up here. They describe the hotel as boutique which for me means quirky or unusual non corporate style rooms and luxurious immaculate decor. It certainly is quirky but in my opinion not luxurious. The decor all looks like it needs refreshing. On the up side... More

People complaining about the décor and things is a little silly, I am sure the b&b owners are aware there are little tweaks and improvements to be made, it's an old building, you can tell. We stayed three nights, it's close to the beach and shops, bars etc the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are one of the best... More

This hotel has a great location on Kings Road. It is walking distance from all the major attractions. We stayed in the Brighton Belle room. It was clean but the room could have done with a fresh coat of paint as patches of damp were starting to appear. Breakfast is served downstairs in Smokey's restaurant. It is al carte and... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights in the Pavilion Room. Found that the décor is nice and I enjoyed the view of the English Channel. upon arrival we discovered our kettle had a calcium build up and the person at the front desk made the effort to clean it out but also explained that they have had water so... Stayed for 3 nights in The Brighton Belle room (twin room) with my adult daughter. The location is great and although the building is old and therefore not perfect, e.g. one or two patches on the walls in our room (from previous damp problem?) everywhere was beautifully clean and cared for. Our beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage... More
