The prices make this small hotel good value, but it is the attention to detail that makes this place really special. Art Deco features have been added in the rooms and reception and lounge. Our room even had a period telephone. The breakfasts are fantastic, all individually cooked with lots of choice for veggies, fish eaters and carivors alike.

We stayed here for a night as we attended a concert in Brighton and it is ideally situated. Its an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre but is in a quiet location off the main road. Room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very smiley and helpful. Another vote for the great breakfasts with a great choice....

Stayed one night for a concert. Booked a small double ensuite, got one on the top floor (max 3 rooms on a floor I reckon) and it was a nice and clean. The room had about a metre around the bed space and there was various teas, coffee, milk, sugar, water bottles and apples. The bed was very high, but...

Stayed 2 nights in the four-poster room. The bed was comfortable, and a real authentic four-poster. Bathroom was stunning - the shower was incredible; massive shower head and piping hot water . Staff were lovely. Decor was fantastic - very Art Nouveau/Art Decor - everywhere - so much effort has gone into designing the place. Check out the breakfast room....

Though we only stayed at Paskins for two nights, it was a really enjoyable experience. Our room was clean, and with good heating and extra bedding (a real concern since we stayed there during one of Brighton's infrequent snowstorms). The hotel's theme was really cute-- all 1930's glam! The best thing about the place, however, was the breakfast. I expected...

Paskins is well located at the east end of Kemp Town, and is typical of the tall narrow houses in this area which don't catch the sun so can feel a little cool and gloomy. Clever use of mirrors opens up the space inside which has an Art Deco theme with very clean and reasonably spacious rooms. David and Susan...

We were in Brighton for the day and decided to stay, we booked a room online then had a few drinks, we turned up to our hotel at 10:30pm and it was fully booked with no room for us!! We had to find a room fast or face a 3 hour drive home. Paskins was the only hotel to answer...

Heard so much about this hotel from my colleagues and every single one of them raved about the breakfast so I thought I'd give it a go and I was not disappointed. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are a little on the small side but for the money, completely excellent value. Clean, airy and functional. A great hotel in...
