I stayed at the hotel for one night and it was ok. The location of the hotel was perfect. I was given the room on the groundfloor with a view on the street, hence it was a bit noisy in the morning but for the price I paid, I can't complain. The staff is friendly and my room was clean.

I have recently dealt with this gentleman. And have to give him 10/10. The quickness he dealt with my email. Daily resounding. Letting me know his day off so couldn't respond. We have visited this hotel a number of times. Last year had a little issue. Which we were kindly offered half price for two rooms. Upgraded. The year had...

This hotel was the biggest waste of money ever!! Rather of slept on the pebble beach....cut my new top on a nail sticking out of the fire exit sign..reception rude and didn't say a sorry an offer of anything. They were just out and out rude!! The banister was hanging off and a slat fell out as we walked down...

My husband booked this for my birthday purely on the fact it was something different, and the location was good. It is very dated inside and I couldn't quite put my finger in the musty smell. Maybe it was the smell of old age. We had room 523 on the 5th floor. The room was so small that there was...

National Holidays stay at this hotel was exceptional. Rooms were comfortably furnished, well maintained, regularly cleaned (2 changes in 4 nights stay), courteous staff, first class entertainment and good food.

The hotel was ok for the price, I guess, bed not the most comfortable and felt like the door wasn't really shut properly all night. The worst part about my stay (being someone who loves a hotel and a lie-in) was the 10am check out, I have never stayed anywhere with such an early check out.

Just returned from a National Holiday 4 night break at this hotel, we were a little concerned as some previous reviews have not been kind. What a pleasant surprise this hotel is located on the the seafront across the road from the famous Brighton Pier and its amazing promenade, if you feel up to it a 2 mile hike up...

Just never ever again. Never, please save yourself.. You may be able to tell, I didn't enjoy this stay or the follow up. Pros: Central location, foyer welcoming enough and has spacious communal areas for food and drink. The poor staff are quite lovely but have so many complaints to deal with. The two of us witnessed 5 complaints in...

I stayed here with my partner for her birthday Friday 6th January 2017... The lady who checked us in was brilliant. Cheerful and helpful - even advising us cheaper places to park for the duration of our stay which was beneficial information. Unfortunately we were both beyond disappointed with the room and will definitely not return in future. When we...
