+ Great location. Clean, fresh bedding. - Grubby bathroom, take your own bleach spray. Nowhere to hang clothes or wet towels to dry after a shower. Had to buy my own toilet rolls, no staff around for the first two days. Had a late check in approved in advance but a call to cancel on the day of travel, had...

The room looked nice but there were so many little things wrong. The heating was set to inferno. The shower was pretty grotty. There was no wifi available and my room was on the ground floor so I've no idea where the wifi signal was going. For the price they charge you'd expect Breakfast but they don't provide it. They...

The room was decorated in a pleasing sage green colour. This is the only good thing I can say about the place. The heating was fixed to sauna level so even in December we were forced to sleep with the window open and enjoy the external noises, the bed was noisy every time we moved and the bathroom was smaller...

Very clean and tidy room excellent view of the sea and easy walk to many different restaurants - Greek, Spanish, Tapas, Indian, Italian at excellent prices including the wine. Easy walk to the pier and centre of Brighton - I will stay again.

A great hotel to use as a base to explore and enjoy Brighton. We booked v last minute and the off street parking was a god send. The beds were very comfortable and the interiors of the rooms really stylish and relaxing. Proximity, it's closed to the seafront and town but far enough away that you're not disturbed by the...

We stayed for one night at this accommodation on the way to Kent. Our room was clean and tidy with ensuite bathroom. Joshua, the manager welcomed us. He was very helpful and recommending places to eat etc. The location is great too. 2 mins walk to St James's street. Highly recommended.

We booked The Willows as a last minute night away to Brighton. The property is still being refurbished but the room we had was finished and had a fab view over the sea front and Brighton Pier with a perfect window seat to enjoy it from. The staff were really helpful and always on hand if we had any queries....
