This hotel was in an excellent location near the beach and all local sights. Rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate. A little bit aggrieved as we seem to have paid more than double the listed price and for the money we paid - just under £500 for two nights would have expected more.

Stayed here for one night (booked last minute so got a good deal for room) great location, clean , conformable and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and checkout etc easy. Quite busy around in evening time but overall a good stay and would return. Shared bathroom was ok as near by and clean.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I was disappointed by this hotel. It's in fantastic location and the building has a lot of potential, but at the moment it's a bit dirty and stuffy. My bedroom was locate on the very top, that's six flights of stairs, which I don't mind, but it was very hot and stuffy inside, and... More

Friendly staff and very helpful and on hand at all times. Great location and a short walk from the main tourist attractions. Good value for money. Only downside would be the temperamental wifi and if you are on the 4th floor be prepared to walk 70+ stairs as there is no lift but the hotel did prepare us of this... More

The building itself and the area is very beautiful, regency square is a brilliant bit of Brighton opposite West pier. Our check in was fast, and we were given keys and told where to go and very little else. Be warned there are alot of stairs to get to the top. The hotel inside has a cramped yet luxurious feel-... From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our Host David our stay was fantastic. David helped us check in with ease and then helped us carry our bags to our room. The Queensbury is 1 Min from the sea front and 5 mins from the Bars/Resturants and town centre. Breakfast is continental and is plentyfull. We will 100%... More

Really lovely room for three. Very clean and fresh, with enough space, a lovely bathroom and generous tea, coffee and milk. You can read about the stairs and the breakfast in other reviews. As they say on the tin but not a problem. Couple of friendly seagulls on the balcony. Just in front of the new doughnut and my favourite,... More

I spend a night in this hotel and it was the night from hell!! When we first arrived there was stains all over the walls, floors, mold in the shower, the door lock was not safe in the slightest. We complained straight away as the photos from booking.com looked amazing, they advised the manager Michael was on holiday so they... More

Great location, right opposite the old pier. However, even the location is not reason enough for the £210 that me and my two friends paid for room 7 for 1 night. The crack running along the ceiling was brown either side. The toilet flusher had to be jiggled about with before flushing. The shower had to be held while switched... More

I would like to say this is not a reflection of the staff that were on duty ans they were polite and friendly. The hotel had some great reviews so this is why it was booked for my coming to a conference, it was just around the corner from the venue. I was booked in for a double room with... More
