Great location, right opposite the old pier. However, even the location is not reason enough for the £210 that me and my two friends paid for room 7 for 1 night. The crack running along the ceiling was brown either side. The toilet flusher had to be jiggled about with before flushing. The shower had to be held while switched... More

I would like to say this is not a reflection of the staff that were on duty ans they were polite and friendly. The hotel had some great reviews so this is why it was booked for my coming to a conference, it was just around the corner from the venue. I was booked in for a double room with... More

We paid £100 for this room and it definitely wasn't worth it. The staff are lovely, and very helpful, no complaints there. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, also no complaints. That's where the positives end. The room was on a basement level, so below ground so there was limited light into the room. The pillows were paper thin,... More

We were in need of break so we chose hotel spa thinking it would be relaxing. It certainly isn't relaxing it's 23.20 and the noise from the street is still going. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Staff friendly but if you want a break don't book this hotel

This is our third visit to the Queensbury hotel, and yet again we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are clean with adequate towels, tea, coffee, sugar etc... We have to ask for more milk but that's not a problem. Free wifi which is very fast. The continental breakfast is lovely, and always being topped up. The staff are friendly... More

Attended a conference in Brighton and required hotel for a couple of nights. As I would not have time to use hotel facilities I looked for somewhere nearby, effective!y a B&B. Queensbury was just around the corner. Opposite the skeleton of West pier. Georgian building on several floors, no lift. I was on top floor and it was a bit of... More

Friendly check in, disappointed that the parking advertised wasn't available but there is an underground car park opposite the hotel which had spaces. Bit of a trek up endless flights of stairs to our room which was very clean but could do with a bit of redecoration on the walls. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows, nice clean towels... More

We had the triple room. It was small but good enough for 1-2 nights and had nice en suite shower room. The hotel is well situated with parking nearby - although we were not able to get into the NCP car park but the hotel staff were very helpful and found us an alternative parking spot nearby. Breakfast was simple... More

Great location on Brighton waterfront. Room was small but perfectly clean and tidy. Provided coffee and tea facilities in the room, and breakfast in the dining room each morning, simple food but can't really fault it. Staff were friendly and not at all intrusive. Only qualm was having to walk up to the 4th floor with luggage as no elevator...

We stayed there for 2 nights. Were in Brighton for Deaf 1960 Ball. Our room was ok and clean. But no toilet. Shower is odd and of room. We dont liked it. The breakfast was very good and basic. Nice selection slices, cereals and breads. Healthy fruits. Brilliant location near the seaside.
