Stayed in lodge 101. Beautiful views. The lodge was georgous very impressed with it. It was clean and had everything we needed. We booked through hoseasons so had to pay the extra £30 but we were aware this might be the case after reading previous reviews. Hoseasons did say they're was a gym available to use at a partner site... More

Stayed in a caravan with view towards the town & coast. Pleasant enough check in process - but had to pay a £15 surcharge for utilities that was never mentioned by booking.com or Hoseasons (who said 'that's it, nothing more to pay' on their email confirmation). Caravan was basic but in need of some care - 4 dinner plates for... More

As we have stayed on shorefeild sites in the past we thought we would give Swanage a try how wrong our choice was the pitches are up a very steep road and can only be discribed as rubble covered in mud they all slope none are very even and although we only have a modest sized 5 man tent it... I stayed with friends in no 87. This has glorious views over the bay and we could see the sun rise in the morning. Friends in no 10 did not have the views. The caravan was spacious and adequate with a lovely hot shower. Do pack a tea towel. I found the website only wanted to allow a weeks booking... More

Stayed in a standard caravan for 7 days. Windows were mouldy and the whole caravan needed a bloody good clean. I know we paid for a standard caravan but it should still be clean & cared for. Hot water in the shower was a bit tough to figure out, a bit hit and miss to be honest. The lounge space... More

Well appointed caravan. Two toilets, which is great with 4 staying. Kitchen has almost everything that the lodger may need. Lovely view from the caravan across the bay towards Old harry Rocks. Several footpaths leaading out of the park so good for regular walkers.

We were very disappointed. The pitch with electric hook up we were allocated was tiny. Our small VW camper had to be parked on an angle to get it on and there wasn't enough room to attach the awning to it. The toilets/showers are housed in a porta cabin and was not at all clean. Had a fantastic summer holiday stay at the quiet costal park, family friendly with a play park on site, beautiful country walks surrounding the site. A half an hour walk to Swanage town for pubs, shops & beach.
