Lovely hotel, great location as it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, park and shops. The staff were all very helpful and we were also gifted with a discounted breakfast by Amber the chef. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here November 20th. We were booked for a festive cream tea and coordinated date to be able to see Christmas Tree Wonderland in the same weekend. The hotel was very accommodating, lovely room with very comfortable bed. Staff on duty were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will go back again. Thank you to Natalie for arranging our lovely weekend. Jean and Steve Botham

Visited the orchid Hotel alone, late check in, greeted by a friendly young gentleman (ken) who was very helpful. Showed me to my room. Was a very friendly and warm welcome from him. When I got to the room it was amazing! Clean! The bed was a very good size (looks like a super king size room 115?) Bathroom with a bath! All very sanitary and clean overall a very pleasant experience thank you so much!!

Charlotte and her team really went the extra mile to make sure my friends wedding went as smoothly as possible. The bar staff were very attentive in making sure you never had to wait to long to have your glass topped back up. The wedding breakfast service was run very smoothly to make sure the guest had their meal at the right temperature and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The hotel it’s self was very clean and it looks as though the hotel has had a recent refurbishment. The location is ideal for holiday makers as the hotel has good access to the beach and bus routes.
