We returned for a second time just for 1 night, and were not disappointed. Excellent service from all staff as always. Always so pleasant and helpful. I think their prices are brilliant and they're in a good location. I do however think it's a little pointless to ask what time you're arriving and allowing you to enter any time before...

I stayed last night for a girls night away after seeing a music event at the O2 Academy. The hotel is in a good location, very clean but the guy on reception really needs to sort out his customer service skills. It wasn't a good follow up to our spa day at the nearby Hilton to try and check in...

Stayed overnight in a double room after a family do. Booking was easy and cheaper on the hotel's own website than on Booking.com or Trivago. Paid £52 for 2 including breakfast. The front staff was friendly enough. The room was clean on sight, with crisp white linen. The room was lovely and warm which was perfect because outside was freezing....

Stayed just the one night and was please that's all it was. Although staff were pleasant, the whole place needs updating. Every floorboard creaks like you wouldn't believe, the rooms are extremely small and walls are thin so you can't move around without worrying you will wake the rest of the hotel guests! My shower cubicle was smaller than a...

The rooms are too small. The shower are is so small that its even difficult to get inside that and moreover its hot. Not a good...

Room was nice but thin walls and creaky floors. Service was lovely though staff were polite upon arrival all the way until checkout. Hotel is central to the town, bars, clubs, beach. Great walking distance
