Hotel is a little dated, gym was okay for a three star but a bit small and swimming pool was a but too cold. My main complaint with the hotel was that the staff although efficient were quite impersonal. I have stayed at other hotels were you feel the staff know and care. Before arriving at the hotel I had...

Stayed here for 1 night, as a stop over for my wife's Xmas party. On arrival check in was very swift and efficient. We were directed to our apartment, which was outside the main hotel in a block down some steps, which made for some fun after a couple of bottles of wine!!! The apartment itself was huge, 2 large...

When we arrived. Parking was a mission. Got the key and instead of a room in the hotel we got an apartment. Apartment was ok except for the absolute rubbish pressure in the shower...it was like a drip so forget washing your hair. We booked a room which we would have definitely preferred due to the apartment being outside there...

I visited this Hotel from 28 November to 2 December 2016 with Grand UK Holidays for a Turkey & Tinsel Week. I would emphasise that the Coach driver and host from the tour operator were absolutlely first class!! However, the same could not be said about the hotel. The bedrooms and public rooms were extremely clean. However, the Christmas decorations...

Stayed last week, for T n T Break, with GRAND UK Coach Holidays, welcome at Reception good. Room adequate (Ground Floor--with Mini Balcony), same problems as with previous reviewers, takes an age to get Hot water to Bathroom. Evening Meal, very basic would not be prepared to pay the asking price, if had not been on a Coach trip. Breakfast,...

I spoke several times of the shower not being adequate enough and the last 3 nights of the 5 that I was there I had cold showers. They didn't seem to care and offered me nothing as an apology. I asked for another place to shower (which I was told by another customer there was) and I was told again...

We stayed for a weekend break and felt that the hotel represented good value for money. Standards in the area tend to vary and we would say that this hotel is a genuine 3 star. The facilities are what you would expect, rooms are basic but this is offset by the high standards of house keeping, in particular bed linen...

On arrival I was given a whole apartment in the annex of the hotel; high end finishes on decoration and furniture with fully kitted out kitchen including dish washing tablets. Lovely big shower with both normal shower and rainfall options. Spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. The living room was large enough with 2 sofas, big flat screen TV and...
