Stayed here for 1 night during a business trip and after staying down the road at another hotel for 6 days prior to staying here this place was luxury. The room was large and modern with an excellent sea view, the hotel staff incredibly polite and the breakfast was great with an egg station so eggs were cooked to eggactly...

The hotel is set in a stunning location overlooking the sea and beaches, it is also a short walk into Bournemouth. The hotel is nicely decorated and our room was well appointed if a bit short on light, you could also see the sea which is really lovely. I had however requested a kingsize bed and we were given a...

The hotel is lovely. Check-in was easy and the room was big with a large comfortable bed. There was no free wifi unless you're a member. The fridge was incredibly loud and woke me up through the night. The shower was too powerful, felt like hailstones!

Stayed 28-30 December 2016. Courteous and friendly staff from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Hotel is ideally situated for walks along the beach towards Sandbanks which we did, or in the other direction towards Boscombe Pier. Weather was fantastic and it was a bit strange but nice to see children building sandcastles on the beach on...

To begin with the Marriott is a lovely hotel with excellent staff and the Leisure Club is really nicely done with a great outdoor pool. My niggle is that despite there being a basket to put your old towels and a bin which is very handy for putting things in it is often like a bomb zone with towels, plastic...

Dear Tom B, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent visit to the leisure club. While we want to avoid the area being a 'sign zone' I feel that we can look at putting additional signs above the basket and see if this improves things. We also should increase our walk through of the changing rooms to every...

Location is just superb, and the sea-view rooms and cottages are worth the stay, the placement and architecture of the hotel is really rare. The indoor pool and spa area is also very nicely done, and in really good shape and working order. The rooms are another story. They are seriously old and fading. Our electricity in the room went...

We went with friends to see the New Year in. Whilst the hotel building and decorations are somewhat tired everything seems to work. The accounts department does not seem to be in tune with what arrangements have been made and car parking is a lottery. I must congratulate the staff on their professional helpful attention and full credit must be...

Bournemouth is a great location and this Grand Hotel sits in pole position. The hotel's widely planned refurbishment is clearly needed and their are many comments on tripadvisor that refer to it's necessity. I only hope they have sufficient funds in the budget to do it justice. Our experience of room 217 last night was truly terrible. There is clearly...
