No privacy as room had locked doors on to two other rooms you could hear everything from the other rooms. Staff not very friendly food bland and unappetising. Kept awake by banging doors and banging of the lift doors as our room was directly opposite. The only good point room was very clean glad to get home to get a... More

Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Savoy! I was a tour manager arriving with a large party. No room reserved for me, asked if I could share with the driver... Reception, corridors and rooms very shabby and in many cases dirty. Most of the staff completely inept. No wardrobe in my minute room, greasy head stains on the wall behind... More

The room was very large and well adapted, the staff were most helpful in getting the wheelchair up and down the ramp. The breakfast was buffet and good variety. One night my MOTHER had a fall in the early hours, the reception staff came straight away to help THANK YOU THE only issue is the car park was nearly always full

Of all of the hotels and accommodation I have stayed in this has to be at the Top of the tree. We had 3 nights staying the check in is a complete joke as half the staff can not understand plain English. all though the beds are comfy the twin rooms are ridiculously cramped for space you can't even swing... We stayed here for the night of the 9th September and again on the night of the16th September on route to Jersey and on our return. The entrance to the hotel is fine and the dining room too is of normal standard but the rest of the hotel is a dive. We stayed in room one on the first night... More

We booked 3 different types of room through the Sun newspaper and received discounts on the twin and double rooms but not the family room. Of the 3 rooms the family room was the most dated, the decor was tired and the bunk beds extremely creaky. The bed was quite hard but we didn't mind that and the pillows very... More

Stayed here on business for 2 nights. Room comfortable (looked like a new room), breakfast very good - both service and quality, did not have dinner so cannot comment. I am genuinely amazed by some of the comments on here! The hotel is tired, no doubt about it, and it would benefit from a refurb but it has a good... More
