Awful hotel, may call themselves a spa, but everything is dated, and extremely over priced, food is also of poor quality given they have dinner, bed and breakfast. Even staff need a new revamp. I would not recommend this hotel for anything, and especially for venues.

This is a convenient location and the spa hotel is not too expensive. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and town. There is free Wi Fi and ample parking, and an excellent full breakfast, quiet and relaxing. There is a good restaurant, and many other places to eat outside within walking distance.

As a diagnosed coeliac I still find eating out daunting. Teresa and her team put my mind at rest from initial contact to the evening itself. I had a lovely meal, as did everyone on my table and a great evening. The team working were polite, efficient and joined in with the laughs too.

From the moment you entered the hotel, you were made welcome, I was on a coach tour with GB Tours.the standard of food was excellent in terms of quality and variety, staff most helpful, I was a single traveller but allocated a family size room. Entertainment in the evening provided, comfortable lounges. Would visit again and highly recommended

Have stopped here for the last year or so, aboevey 10-12 weeks for 1 night. Great value, again like most seaside hotels a little dated, but always clean. Good points have a gym and indoor pool, few minutes walk to sea front and town. Never ate here. The only ,silly I know, downside is they take £50 pre auto from...

I felt very unwelcome and made to feel an intruder just because there was some function going on. I paid the full amount for my room but was clearly and completely ignored by the staff in favour of their other guests. A completely lousy experience which could and should have been pleasant. I certainly will never go back and I...

Dear Michael G I have just watched CCTV footage alongside my colleague Abbie who was the person meeting, greeting and checking in. I thought the whole process was thorough, friendly and was how it should be. Abbie explained options for dinner and came out from the Front Desk and into the car park to assist with parking. During the checking...

What a lovely stay we had at the Queens, beginning with a fantastic large room to really relax & feel at home in. Restaurant provided lots of exciting choices & great dessert table at weekends - plus we were always waited on with a friendly smile. Excellent wine too! Location couldn't be more ideal, happily situated close to the beautiful...

Is this a 'dog friendly' hotel? For my birthday My fiancé took me for fish and chips by the beach. At the time of booking we rang to double check about our dog and the lady replied 'we prefer dogs to customers'. Which reassured us in a way that they were very accommodating for our extremely well behaved four legged...

Dear GJT12345 If we preferred dogs to customers we would be trading as a kennel rather than a Hotel. I don’t have the opportunity to add photos in my response, which perhaps Trip Advisor might change in the future, as it would make my job easier. When this comment popped up yesterday I saw the plethora of photos attached but...

This was our second visit to the Queens Hotel and yet again our stay was fantastic. The staff are very helpful, always on hand to help. The Forever Gorgeous Spa is a delight, the treatments are second to none. Nothing like a good holiday pamper.. especially after a relaxing dip in the swimming pool. Our room was very spacious and...
