My partner and I wanted a hotel in Bournemouth close to the beach with nice spa facilities and this is exactly what we got at the Queens Spa. We arrived a few hours before check in and we were able to leave our car on site for free by using a user friendly car registration system at the hotel. We... More

Stayed for business purposes. Room was poor. Damp smell. Discovered duct tape holding a leaking radiator. Lumpy beds. Asked to be moved. Only a slight improvement with the same old mate smell amd lumpy beds. Decent customer service from staff though.

As a frequent business traveller to Bournemouth I thought I would give this hotel a go. Lovey location. 5 mins to beach. Great ambiance and decor in public areas. Great leisure facilities. Despite receiving confirmation that I had a double bed on arrival I noticed the printed room number on the key card had been crossed out in pen and... More

Dirty overly outdated room with a broken window, got moved to a cleaner room but the bed was terrible and extremely noisy all night. Cut foot on broken tile in jacuzzi, needs pulling down and rebuilding! Advert on booking.com said breakfast included wasn't the case had to pay for it, all round a bad 3 nights away I feel I... Booked this hotel at the last minute on the morning of our arrival and then panicked all day about what I was going to find on arrival! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach, pier and town centre. The receptionist took a £50 deposit from my card on arrival and other then providing the... More

We had a great reception, very friendly staff. Our room was clean, huge and had everything we needed. Big kettle and mugs. The bath was a great size with plenty of hot water and bottles of goodies. The bed was a little soft for our liking. No complaints for the price we paid. It's good to find somewhere we didn't... More

Dear Jessica D I hope to learn more about the bedroom we reserved for you: daniel@queenshotelbournemouth.com as this would help me to reply. A hard wired hair dryer is not a fire hazard, at all, not even slightly. All the bedrooms have an amenities tray consisting of tea, coffee, milk etc. We do offer the right amount for two people... I recently visited this hotel for a treat for my hubby's birthday & thought I make a day of it, we got there nice and early, we ventured into the swimming pool, steam room wasn't functioning, the jacuzzi is so small & very awkward to get into, stream room tiny. The changing rooms were so uninviting nothing nice about it... More

Dear Suzi W The Jacuzzi can seat five guests, which would mean enough room for you and your husband. This has a hand rail as well for access. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were fresh and homemade. We reserved a table in the Studland Suite to take the tea which is a newly refurbished public area; which we believed as... More

Nice seeing friends the other day, one friend room was so hot, couldn't stay in there myself for long. But had a fan, which may of helped. Other friends room lot bigger and very comfortable, not hot or cold. Clean though, carpets good considering amount of people walking up and down. Lovely garden and bar looked cosy.
