We stayed one night when passing through. Although the furniture was shabby, it was spotlessly clean. The bed comfortable and the room warm. Excellent breakfast and also very good evening dinner. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I think others on this page have given you the answer. The staff are lovely, helpful and courteous. Food is good and interesting. Some rooms are dated and need a refurbishment but are always clean. If you have booked a superior room no doubt it will be larger and better presented. We were in "Economy Class" and received an economy room. Not complaining, you get what you pay for!
