We stayed here for one night whilst visiting the Bournemouth Centre for a music event. The good points are that it's only a couple of hundred metres walk down the hill to the venue and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel is very tired and dated and in need of serious financial investment to bring it into the 21st...

Stayed here for 5 days as part of a coach party. Were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired, but nothing was to much trouble, I asked for a hairdryer and a high back chair in room(husband has back problem) these were there when we returned from...

A one night stopover while on a motorcycle tour. The staff/owners went out of their way to help when we realised upon arrival, one of our bikes had a puncture. They rang around bike repairers on our behalf trying to get help but to no avail. The RAC were eventually summoned to sort the bike and the staff/owners assisted with...

Stayed just one night, great location, just a short walk to the centre and beach. Old hotel, room quite small and decor is bit beaten up. Breakfast was quite expensive but very nice and you could eat as much as you wanted.

Having decided that we needed a break from the Kid's we booked up here! it was a last minute thing so we took a chance, we'd read the reviews ourselves and thought it's only a couple of nights, we stayed Friday and Saturday Night, Room was lovely with an amazing Vista of the entire Poole Bay from The Isle of...

Firstly, don't listen to the really bad reviews. I was so nervous to come here but I need not have been. We paid £65 for the saturday night, when every other hotel in the area was £150. We booked it the night before we came.. £5 per day to use the carpark on the weekend Location is the best part:...

The stay at the hotel was quite decent, the room was very clean, the shower was lovely and warm, the onsite parking wasn't very good there was limited spacing although we did actually get a space not to noisy at all to say it was the weekend but the breakfast was very sub-standard as it was chip shop style sausage...

When I booked this hotel, the lady said to me, we are a 2 star hotel but we are clean. This got me a bit worried and the reviews got me even more worried. But actually, my stay was pretty good. Was it a hilton, no! Did I pay hilton prices, no! The kids didn't notice that it was not...

For £50 including parking, at Bank Holiday weekend, this was a real bargain. The receptionist was friendly and didn't charge extra for using a credit card, and the hotel was clean. As was the room and bed (very comfortable). The TV was fine, and the wifi acceptable, even if you have to log in again a few times. The shower...

Working night shift which we informed the hotel before booking. Arrived back at hotel at 5am everyday only to be locked out and up to half hour wait for the 24 hour reception coming to open the door. Found staff sleeping in the reception area, lift smelled of urine, room very dirty, no running cold water in the room which...
