Visited Bournemouth as a last minute getaway. The hotel was very warm upon arrival, and the staff were very welcoming. The carpet and furnishings were a little outdated, and there were a lot of stairs to walk up, before getting to our room. The room itself was up to standard, with towels, shower gels and coffees. The fire alarm went...

Excellent breakfasts in the lovely dining room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Carole on Reception and Jhonny in the Dining...

Stayed 2 nights on special deal.Bedrooms clean/tidy,staff friendly/helpful and breakfast adequate. The hotel could do with some TLC in some areas as beginning to look a little 'tired'.Plus is it's convenience to town centre.Minus is noise level on Bath Road.

My husband and I stayed here for a 6 days coach holiday with Ellen Smiths. We had a lovely large room. The food was very good with choices for each course. Staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. There was entertainment a couple of nights but we went out to the pub after evening meal. There is a Weatherspoons...
