My friend and I have just returned from our holiday at Regina Hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Bedroom overlooked the harbour, room very clean and bathroom immaculate . Meals were very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't wish for more. 2 young at heart pensioners

Myself and husband are currently staying at this hotel on an Alfa tour.We cannot fault room, cleanliness, staff or food.we are staying in room 80 and its smashing great size and view good.Obviously not all rooms are as large but that is only to be expected with period buildings,as for the dinning room being small admittedly its not the biggest but... Just returned from a 5 day break with Alfa at the Hotel Regina. Good points - situated on the harbour, handy for shops, pubs, restaurants, boat trips, recommend a half-hour trip to Brixham on the Ferry. Harvester straight across the road with a roof terrace where you can relax with a drink and watch the sunset. Can't fault the meals,... More

Nice hotel in a great location, just walk out the door and you are on the harbour. Staff very helpful, food excellent. No car park at hotel but public car park opposite. The land train runs every 40 minutes and is only £3 per day. Plenty of boat trips from the harbour.

As long as you like creaking floorboards, ancient decorations, food from 1970 and bathroom not big enough to swing a cat then you will love it here! The staff were lovely and could not help enough but the hotel was just dated and tired, with little rooms all over. My parents booked this for an Alfa coach trip from Leeds... More

Recently spent 5 days as part of a coach trip. Yes, the hotel is large and old so higgledy piggledy stairs and corridors and in need of some TLC in parts. The position opposite the marina couldn't be bettered. Satisfied with our room which was very large, had a lovely marina and sea view and was clean and kept clean... More

Dear Gwen H I was sorry to hear that you were a little disappointed with the room allocated to you. The Regina Hotel is a period building and such the rooms all vary in size with some rooms smaller than others. You may be aware that part of the hotel is interesting as the home for three years of the... More

Regina Hotel - Torquay - (3 Alpha grading - AA three star). Wonderfully situated on the harbour side with the principal shops and theatre a short stroll away.
