We visited this hotel for a 3 night break. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and had everything we wanted. The entertainment was ok and the bar good. But, the food was aweful, there was no effort put into whatsoever. The first night, being by the sea, we ordered fish and chips. When it arrived it was a frozen birds eye bit of fish, 8 chips and one dessert spoon of mushy peas. We ate out after that until Sunday. We had roast beef, again frozen. The veg burnt, and the gravy like water. Prison food would be better than this. Get a Chef in and put some effort into the food.

This is our second visit as we enjoyed the previous weekend. Rachel very helpful as always and accommodated us and our friends with our preferred rooms. The Roy Orbison on Friday was fabulous and Elvis on the Saturday. Food was lovely and the lovely Sharon made us welcome as returning guests. A special mention to a young waitress called Elalouise from memory. She was friendly and polite. Very quick with our food. Table 4 was nice a nice area. The drinks package is great. The awful weather did not spoil our fun as we had such an amazing time. We have yet to win the bingo. We will be returning . Great value for the money.

Took a 4-day break with 'National Holidays' which is exceptional value for money and stayed in the BayTor Park Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean with en-suite and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was a very good full English. The porridge deserves a special mention as it was smooth/creamy and first class. Soup on the first day was not so good but after a word with the manager, the rest of the meals were fine. The hotel itself is 3 building merged into one and navigating the corridors and stairwells was entertaining. Albeit well signposted all stairs lead to reception! and the lift feels like many floor have been traveled yet only 2. My room was, lift to 2nd floor then down the stairs through a door and along the corridor. I tried walking up from the ground floor but got completely lost. :-) Enjoy you stay.

Just got back from a 4 day break with National Holidays and it was very good. The service in the restaurant was exceptional, Isabella our waitress was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for her, it was definitely service with a smile. The food was nice and a good selection to cater for all tastes. The room was very well appointed, it was clean and comfortable the only downside there was only a shower and no bath, I love my baths. The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, but fortunately I do like walking, so the 15 minute walk to the seafront wasn't a problem for me. I would definitely return to this hotel as it was more of a relaxed atmosphere, in the larger hotels I find things very rushed, there was no queuing for meals, bar or reception, all the staff were very helpful and seemed happy to be there.
