Beautiful view. On site parking. Good bus routes for getting to all the coastal areas. On arriving in an unmanned lobby, two hand written signs for reception pointed to a locked door. We had a wander around for a few minutes to try and locate and alert staff to our arrival. We resorted to ringing the hotel from our mobile...

Arrived at 3.30 pm..to a very cold room..when asked about heating was told the heating was on a timer and wouldn't be on until 5.30....so we thought a shower might warm us..wrong..no hot water either. Room only cost £40.. but at least look after your patrons by providing heat and hot water..will definitely NOT be returning.

Hotel booked on price @trivago £33 for the double room. Was small and the walls were clearly plasterboard and little else. Next door shutting their window was noisier an our tv. But it was clean, (apart from unknown splodge on top of the drinks jar), it was warm and the en-suite was fine for a night. The hotel is on...

This room only cost us £35...it does the job, we booked as we were spending a night out in Torquay. If you just need a place to put your head at the end of the evening then this place is fine. However if you were staying for longer you would probably be better off staying elsewhere. Man on the desk...

Take the biggest ear plugs you can lay your hands on or book all the rooms around you! Paper thin walls and amazingly creeky floors make you think people are in your room, we've just slept on a boat through two storms but that's nothing compared to this place. Also if your lucky enough to get a smile from Mr...

We arrived reasonably late - 9pm and there was a gentleman on reception, but he seemed little interested in us, and did not offer any guidance on what the hotel offered, or explain about meals available etc. Our rooms (we had two couples together) both had seaviews - ours was great with a view over the bay and the beach...
