Lovely place, spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Help yourself to cereal, fruit salad, yoghurt. Full English cooked to order. Would definitely stay again. 10 -15 minutes walk into town but several bars and restaurants close by.

What a gem of a hotel. Every room is done to an exceptional standard, the breakfast is outstanding and Bill and Veronica were absolutely lovely hosts. We were 11 ladies down for a weekend to celebrate a special birthday and they let us use the bar to host a little party before we hit the town. Nothing was to much...

My partner and I stayed here from 25th July for 10 nights in Room 10 at the Trelawney and we just wanted to take this opportunity to comment on how satisfied we were with the fantastic service from both Bill and Veronica - they made us feel extremely welcome in their property and assisted us with anything we required without...

Nice, friendly little hotel with great breakfast. Nice walking distance to several sights. Hotel is run by Bill and his wife and they'll do anything to make you feel welcome. Room we (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed in was new and clean. Though a little small... If returning to Torquay some day I would like to stay at Trelawney...

Stayed for just one night. The room was lovely and clean, nice and quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Torquay is lovely, and I think we'll probably go back for a family holiday.

We had a lovely overnight stay with our son and daughter in law. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. We were lucky to get a spot at the back of the hotel to park in but there is car parking nearby. Rooms were great, Spotless and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Bottles of water in the room which is...

We booked on the back of Trip Advisor reviews so we were really hopeful. The host was very friendly. We were in the family room at the top of the house - not very sensible if you've got young children...so many stairs! The room was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds but....so cold. Obviously the owners are saving money on the...
