Totally 100% non-smoking for everyone's comfort, we are situated in a tree lined road close to all amenities with a friendly service, most rooms refurbished recently to a good standard, ground & upper floor bedrooms, our dining room is on the lower ground floor (sorry we do not have a lift). We provide a great breakfast recommended by regular guests. Margaret & John have owned the Crimdon Dene since 1999 & would like to welcome you to stay with us and become one of our regular guests. This was my second visit to this hotel, I really liked it the first time I came last year so we booked again for this year, stayed here 6 nights with my husband, it's a spotless hotel with absolutely no faults, it's so clean, the bed is so comfy, the room is great, the breakfast is amazing, so much choice you can have a cooked breakfast, you can also have fruits and there's lots of different fruits to choose from including fresh strawberries and watermelon, unlimited tea, coffee and orange juice, apple juice, cereal and yogurts and toast. The man who runs it name Kul is very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble, the good service is one of the reasons we came back here. The location is fantastic, not far from the beach and main front. My husband loves it too and we definitely want to come again!!!! And Kuls restaurant is also fantastic with the best curry I've ever had in my life, I actually miss this hotel 😞…

Just had the most perfect stay here. Fantastic guest house where the proprietor Kul was an amazing host. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help. He greeted us with fresh orange juice on arrival whilst explaining about the property etc. He then took our cases to our room. The property is in a perfect location for getting around the area whether by walking, driving or public transport. The breakfast was AMAZING, every fresh fruit available with yoghurts and cereals galore! Then followed by toast and a FANTASTIC full English breakfast cooked fresh and hot by Kul's wife 😀👌👏. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed frequently. There is free parking on the property too. There is a bar area at the property also where Kul waa there to serve you with drinks. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Stayed at the Crimden dene for 9 nights.The host Kul (pronounced Kool) was a very friendly man,there was nothing too much trouble for him. My husband is coeliac and Kul went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable and safe one.Breakfast was an amazing experience with a wide selection of fruit,cereals and cooked brekfasts,with the gluten free up and out of the way so no cross contamination.The rooms were very clean with tea and coffee facilities refreshed every day.Bedding was changed every other day.Nothing was too much trouble for the guest house proprietor.He also had a part share in a local Indian/Nepalese restaurant which we visited and again were looked after very well.

Lovely hotel close to the seafront in Torquay. Have stayed here previously a couple of years ago. Hotel very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hosts at the hotel very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Near to bars, restaurants and the train station.

Picked up from the station, orange juice on arrival, cases taken to our room. Smart, comfortable lounge, and separate TV lounge. Our family bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twin beds) had plenty of storage. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Beautiful bed linen. Tea/coffee/biscuits. Plenty of mirrors, sockets. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast included a variety of tinned and fresh fruits, possibly 10. Excellent full English 'fry up'. Toast, which you did yourself - wonderful bread, brown and white. Homemade jams, honey, peanut butter, Marmite. Tea brought to table. Coffee, help yourself. Smart dining room, with well laid up tables. Absolutely First Class guesthouse. We arrived and were welcomed with a glass of orange juice by the owner Kul who was very friendly,welcoming , and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with lots of extras, a safe, a hairdryer. Plus tea ,coffee, hot chocolate, together with good quality biscuits. Bottled water was also available. The Breakfast was amazing, with a good choice of very well presented cooked items, a choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, and juice, in addition to their own special homemade jams. The Crimdon Dene Guesthouse is just a walk away from the Torre Abbey gardens, the Sea front beach gardens, Tennis, Pitch/Put golf etc. bus connections. Just had a 3 night stay at this wonderful guest house. Kul was most welcoming, glass of orange juice on arrival cases taken to our room and all facilities explained. Really clean room breakfast was great. Nothing was too much trouble for Kul and family right upto when we left, saying goodbye at the door. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again.

Wonderful host who was very attentive to our needs and showed a genuine interest in what we had done during the day. The cooked breakfast is not only good to eat but the presentation is artistic. The room was very clean and comfortable. Despite being on a main thoroughfare it was quiet.

We had a very relaxing weekend here. The room was very clean with all the amenities necessary. The host was very welcoming and made our stay relaxing and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this guest house. It is in a good position with everything being in walking distance.

Couldn't fault anything. spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent service. Lovely room. Superb breakfast. All of the guests were happy making it a great atmosphere for all.
