Prior to our visit, I upgraded from a, "classic room," to a King Suite with sea view and on our arrival we were shown to our room. My expectation of a suite is, a self contained facility, with a bathroom, bedroom containing a separate seating area to the bed where one can sit in comfort and relax. Two small arm...

We enjoyed a lovely two night stay at this excellent hotel. The staff were all very friendly, our room was fab with lovely views, and we couldn't fault our dinner, afternoon tea and breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights last weekend. The room was splendid with a super king size bed. Wonderful views over the bay towards Lyme Bay. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was of very good standard. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Definitely will be returning to this establishment.

Four of us sheltered here from the rain. Very busy and clean restaurant. Had three paninis and a steak baguette, with soft drinks. Served by Angelika, the manageress. Quick and efficient service, food arriving promptly. Too many chips, as we ordered them as a side dish. Food lovely. Coffee afterwards was excellent. Toilets spotless and of the highest standard. Well worth...

We were only staying for one night so didn't bother with a sea view - that being said our room was quite small but perfectly formed. Our one criticism is that the write up said 'plenty...

We had a great night in the cafe as part of a Christmas Party, the food was fantastic and staff very attentive. I would defiantly recommend the venue for a small intimate party, I have yet to try the breakfasts however hear they are also very good.

Superb meal, excellent service and lovely restaurant. Phoned at short notice and they managed to squeeze us in. When we had finished there was no rush and staff were most accommodating. Recommend with no reservations

We visited this hotel on the recommendation of others and we were truly surprised how good it was. As others have mentioned, access is via stairs but this was not an issue for us, we chose the top floor suite facing the sea - the view is beautiful! The top deck is very pleasant, particularly at night with all the...

Thank you for taking the time such a lovely review. The views and area are quite stunning and pleased to note you visited our hidden gem - the roof terrace - it gives a different perspective. I will pass on your kind comments to all our team.
