Hotel owners met us from coach.Comfortable room, but traffic noise as we had room at front, and no double glazing.Good supply of teas, coffee etc.Lift if required.Choose where you sit and keep same table at mealtimes for your stay.Choice of meals all served by Helen the owner, nicely presented.Entertainment in evening, bar.Bus stop across busy road if you want to explore and ask for museum stop when returning.10-15 minute walk to harbour depending on mobility-uphill on return!Enjoyable stay with National Holidays and excellent driver Sharon.

The gresham hotel was fantastic, the rooms were large and very clean we had room 9 solid comfortable bed and pine furniture, helen was fantastic she could not do enough for you, meal times were a pleasure best sotorquayuever tasted, helen runs round like a blue ###ed fly but it doesn't bother her one bit,its a short walk up hill from the torquay front, torquay is a beautiful place £3 return to Brixham on a ferry (bargain ) I've lost more down the back of my sofa, there's bus routes to everywhere all outside debenhams on the front, cream teas galore, once again the hotel was BRILLIANT david and helen were exelent hosts, they even waved us off when we were leaving on the coach..........many thanks mr + mrs thompson

Travelled with Maxfield tours an a reg coach struggled up hills no air con 7 and half hours from Rotherham 9 and half hours return driver did not know where hotel was dropped cases on pavement and nobody came out of hotel to greet us basically all oaps had to carry our own luggage . Got nice clean room no hot water bathroom window nailed shut food was hot and nice cooked by David the owner to save employing a cook the owners wife waited on at tables to save employing a waiter 3 people waiting on 49 customers meant half an hour between courses .no television in TV room reception unmanned bar unmanned hence most of customers went out to get a drink the entertainment was repetitive 60s. Music .lots of people sleeping rough and beggars in shop doorways not the place to be after dusk o by the way the Gresham court hotel was sold in public auction the week before I arrived on 22nd august 2016 no surprise there

Only stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights last month but I will return at the next possible opportunity. I arrived at this hotel as a lone guest and was welcomed by Helen who made me feel at home straight away showing me to my lovely clean, warm and well equipped room. This set the tone for the following two days with David and Helen making sure I was happy with everything and introducing me to other guests to ensure I joined in with the fantastic evening entertainment. The food was all excellent with lots to choose from and ample portions, tea and coffee was available all day and as always it was all offered with a smile.
