Originally had a 4 star hotel booked which was up to 4 star standards. As premier inn was only a 5 min walk away we decided to stay here for the weekend. Lucky there was a room left. Walked into reception and explained our situation to the wonderful staff at Premier inn and they were more than helpful in finding...

I have stayed here regurarly on business, and always found it to be very good value. The food is the standard pub chain food, but the bar has the added bonus of BT sport so you can watch the football! The location is excellent, with adequate parking and a pleasant stroll down the seafront to the centre.

We were staying nearby but opted for the better value evening meal from the restaurant here. Decent fix price options and the tomato soup was good to warm up. Tried the cloudy apple strongbow which was recommended by the staff which I liked. Paprika chicken was good although the extra serving of chips automatically provided was a minor irritation.

My wife and I had a two night stay here with the meal deal. And I must say it was an excellent stay. No fault with the room or the service or meals. We have stayed at another Premier Inn before. That was good also. Generally we try to pick the cheaper times because of our budget. Back to meals,both...

It is a great location, ten minute flat walk into town. Free parking , lots of it , you collect a voucher from reception. Beefeater on site and a large bar area with terraced seating and garden. Our only gripe, hence the 3 , the air conditioning is very noisy, when we turned it off during night, you could hear...

We had a 2 night stay in the new part of the hotel. As i'm disabled, i needed an accessible room which i had no problem getting. They even phoned me to confirm the kind of room & where i wanted to be situated! The room was lovely, and not clinical (anyone who uses this type of room will know...

Location is ideal for theatre and not too far from centre. Rooms are typical premier inn - basic and clean. Breakfast plentiful and they have improved From outside the hotel is in definite need of work but inside is fine.

Have been there several times over the years and I must say that it has always been a pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful stay, clean bedrooms, nice breakfast. Also good value for money. Will come back.

We stayed here 2 nights whilst the west of England brass band contest at the riviera centre was going on! Excellant position, very clean, excellant food and amazing service from the staff, from reception, cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff. If I could comment on one thing, the musical in the bar was too loud! You couldn't chat and there...
