Just returned from a 2 night stay in this hotel and it was lovely. A quaint little boutique hotel not far from the sea front. Liza was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and the breakfast was plentiful. They also have an outdoor pool in the gardens which looked very tempting... in the summer... The hotel is a short... More

This is a small hotel, very friendly and immaculate clean. It is very close to train station. I booked a single room which was excellent in every way. My booking was for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very acceptable. I would certainly recommend this 2* hotel especially for a short break. A Rogers.

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel/Guest House last week for 4 nights. We booked our trip to Torquay to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I realise in hindsight that we should have done our homework beforehand because sadly it didn't really live up to our expectations for such a special occasion. The Hotel itself is beautifully situated in... More

The warmth of welcome received from the family that run this hotel without doubt leads to "excellent" reiews which may exceed the facilities on offer. Our room was basic with an iron bedstead for a standard double less comfortable than we are used to in other hotels. The electric shower was weak. The tea and coffee making 'facitilites' did not... We (hubbie & I) decided on a short break in Torquay to visit friends & family. Saw this 4 star hotel online had a twin room available & booked it for 2 nights B&B. I specifically requested the twin beds be put together as seen on all the twin room photographs shown on the website. However when we arrived our... More

A short walk from Torquay station, the beach and marina, Liza and her team really looked after us. The room was big with park/bay views. The breakfasts were great. The gardens and pool were fun. Brill for families with kids.

Hotel absolutely lovely. Lisa and her staff were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble for them. Hotel very clean, comfortable and quality. The decor attractive with an oriental touch.Torquay and the surrounding districts very accommodating for several tastes. Torquay has a good nightlife and a variety of places to eat, but, not too busy. I would say that the... More
