great location near sea front and the hoe. Very friendly hostess. Really useful voucher system whereby we could park over the road for £3 daily.Really useful in Plymouth. - where all parking has to be paid for.. Breakfast was good -offered extra toast etc - couldn't be faulted.

I stayed here in excess of 30 times when I visited Plymouth on business. I always had a good experience, clean room, great breakfast and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. The location is handy for The Hoe, the docks, and is not difficult to get to restaurants by taxi.

I'm not sure who details this as family friendly - if its trip advisor then they need to change the description. Whilst looking for family friendly rooms I came across this at a very good price, however when you look closely at the Hotel information its not suitable for families. As I don't appear to be able to contact trip... More

I stayed for one night in Plymouth. Elaine was away, but the other lady was extremely helpful and even lent me a charger for my mobile phone ! I had a single room with ensuite, which was very cosy , clean and had everything I needed. The guest house was really quiet and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was... More

The breakfasts were very good and the staff serving were very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elaine... More
