Used the hotel to attend University of Plymouth open day. It was only a 5 minute walk. Hotel was clean and staff on reception friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable with pleasant view from window as room was at the back and on 5th floor. Breakfast was good. If using the Britannia car parks nearby ensure you have... More

Took 2 hours to complete evening meal as a in a hurry sole diner. Woeful service levels. The "beefburger" is such a rip off - poorly cooked and tastes horrible. Would have been much better going to Macdonalds. - could have had 5 double cheeseburgers for the price of the crap served up.

The main foyer is nice and the staff efficient and friendly. The room was big. But the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly in the room itself - you know when it's dusty and bitty in parts? And worst of all, the bathroom floor was really sticky, especially around the toilet!!! Yuck!!! The soles of my shoes were still sticky when... More

The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Our only problem was with the bed which was hard as concrete and made it very difficult to sleep. We were staying over for my graduation so two nights of less than average sleep did take its toll when we had to be up early. Everything else was reasonable... More

Overall a excellent experience and would recommend it to everyone if in the area. Both myself and my daughter had an amazing time, they left a card and champagne for her birthday and the food in the evening was amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much 💝

I've been staying at the Jury's Inn in Plymouth for over a year now so I can safely say I have a lot of experience of this hotel. I've stayed for both business and pleasure reasons and I can confidently score it a 5. It's located centrally, 5 minutes from the Town centre, the Hoe and the Barbican. Drake Circus... More

Central location in Plymouth and five minute stroll from "the Barbican" and all its pubs ,restaurants and bars. Also extremely handy if you're off sailing for a w/end. Modern, clean and serves an extremely good breakfast costing eight pounds, the buffet is excellent value. The staff were efficient and very friendly, one young man named Rhys was particularly helpful. Would definitely stay again.
