I booked this, without any previous information. And was delighted with the whole experience. We had a pleasant spacious room with a clean upto date en-suite shower. Breakfast was served in a well decorated room. The inclusive breakfast was generous and well cooked, with choice of cereals, fruit etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B which is perfectly situated... More

Keith culinary skills are awesome. Just had a nice breakfast. Keith and Sally are real gems. Nice porcelain tiles on the floor in the bathroom and nice stone tiles on the bathroom wall. Great dining area with really high ceiling. Nice and clean and welcoming. Beautiful balustrade and stairs. Well done

The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. The room we had was very nice (en-suite) and we had no problems at all with the Wifi signal. Breakfast was nice but they could do with a menu so that you knew what was on offer. Everything is well presented - Alex Polizzi would be happy. We would definitely recommend... More

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and fresh, the parking is not so easy but they help as much as possible. Breakfast lasts the whole day with a full English and all the extras. Access to the hoe is less than 5 minutes even with a stick. Great base to start and finish your day.

The four of us stayed here for one night to see the fireworks as was easier than driving on the night. Would definitely stay again! Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, room was nice, clean and quite big! Walking distance from Plymouth town and the hoe; plenty of parking, we got a space instantly! Only £3 a day parking and... The staff was more than just kind, the rooms always clean and tidy. As the wifi-signal was very slow, sometimes not usable at all, we did complain about it. Just after one day he brought a new wifi-router, (even changed the provider to a faster one!) which worked very well! A very comfortable guesthouse! It has been a pleasure to... More

Excellent location within walking distance of sea front ,harbour and town centre. The owners supplied a parking permit to park on the street for £3/day , there was never a problem in finding a space close to the B&B .Room was very clean and had been refurbished .The breakfast room was a little cramped but the breakfasts were excellent and arrived...
