Stayed here for one night, went to see Mammia Mia at the Theatre Royal. Lovely hotel, very clean, bedroom was nice and the bathroom was very nice, shower great, water hot. Well worth a visit, would recommend it and return again, if visiting the Theatre Royal. Great breakfast, lots of variety.

A lovely greeting and the communal areas were newly refurbished and welcoming. Our room must have been one that was on the list for refurbishment as mentioned on the website, but a bit disappointed that we was not upgraded to better as the hotel was nearly empty on the night we stayed. Room was tired, damp stains on the wall...

I had a very nice stay in Plymouth viiting family, the Imperial Hotel is an excellent family run hotel. All the staff were very helpful and the room had a well presented introduction book. The beakfast was a great start to the day.

The very best stay one could expect. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional. The position of the hotel in Plymouth makes it and excellent place to explore Plymouth and for shopping. We would stay here as often as possible.

Breakfasts to die for (wonderful porridge and I loved the fresh fruit salad. Pancakes were good and apparently kippers yummy too. Staff were really nice to us with our 4 month old baby- gave us room we could access from street with pushchair, and let us eat in sitting room so he could waggle on floor while we ate. Bed...

A most enjoyable stay with friendly and professional hosts in a perfect location. Home cooked breakfast very good too. We will definitely be back. Made a lovely change to staying in a bland standardised anonymous corporate style hotel. Thank You.

We stayed one night but should have planned for more. Very good impression at reception, directed to rear (private, free) parking. Helped with restaurant selection. Comfortable room if a bit small. Excellent breakfast serve promptly by happy and helpful staff.
