The Cassandra is a absolutely brilliant place. Located just a few minutes walk from Plymouth Hoe and a 5 minute walk to the centre of town with its plentiful shops. It is absolutely spotless, the breakfast is on a pre order basis and is great. The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about the local area and will give you any advice you need on eateries, excursions etc’. Keep up the good work Cassandra guest house, I will definitely be returning.

We stayed here on the 3rd September to break our long journey to Cornwall. The reviews were good, and the location suited us. We were greeted in the most frendly way and nothing appeared to be too much trouble to provide us with all the additional information we needed, we were even given some help to get to our room on the first floor. Our room was quiet, spotless, comfortable and provided all that we could have wished for during our short stay. We only wanted the continental breakfast which was just right for us. We parked right outside, and we were given a parking permiit to display until 10 am the following day.

Stayed here a few weeks ago with my parents as a quick stop over before moving into my uni accommodation. We were greeted by two friendly gentlemen both wearing masks and who assisted is with parking. We found a parking space outside, however, the gentleman who greeted us reassured us that the staff have cars parked there in order to reserve space for guests if needed. We had a double room and a single room both absolutely immaculate. I was in the single and the bed was comfy. The room was small but absolutely perfect for the one night. Breakfast was delicious and served by two really friendly ladies. Contact-less and speedy check in and check out. The procedures they had in place to avoid contact with guests was second to none. We didn't come into physical contact with any of the staff during our stay, yet felt welcome and were reassured that if we needed anything all we needed to do was ask. Everything was immaculate with hand sanitizer available and masks to be worn in communal areas. Breakfast timings were staggered and the food was served from a distance. We felt comfortable and entirely safe throughout the duration of our stay. Staff were friendly and i can't recommend this place enough, Well Done!!
